🕒 Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
🌍 Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time begins after your order is dispatched and varies by location. Below are average estimated transit times:

🌎Canada: 6–12 business days
🌎United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

✏️ Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll contact you by email within 3 business days to verify it. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel your order.
If you catch an error in your address, please contact us at contact@infantiva.net within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, though changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.
🚚 Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we process orders promptly, delivery delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control—such as courier delays, customs, severe weather, or logistical disruptions.
We’ll do everything we can to assist, and we’ll keep you updated if we become aware of any shipping issues. However, Infantiva is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party shipping carriers.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, or if you suspect it may be lost or stolen, please email us at contact@infantiva.net right away.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier to start a lost package claim. We’re happy to support you through the process and may also contact the carrier on your behalf.
Please note: Lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the outcome of the investigation.
