We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If your cancellation is accepted within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident in the results our products deliver. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. We ask that you give the product at least 14 days to work, as many families begin to see results within that time.

If after 14 days you’re still not satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We do our best to package and ship every order securely. An item is considered “damaged” if it arrives with a physical defect or is broken upon delivery. Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as bent or dented boxes) does not qualify if the product inside is in good condition.

If your item is damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@infantiva.net with a clear photo of the issue. If approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to deliver your order promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other issues outside of our control. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the courier directly with your tracking information.

Infantiva is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If you've made a mistake, email us within 24 hours. If we’re not notified within this timeframe, we may not be able to correct the address, and you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
